ESTS is governed by the Board of Directors and Trustees.   The President of the Board of DIrectors is elected on a yearly basis at the General Assembly during the Annual Meeting. 

The Board of Directors meet regularly throughout the year. There are 3-4 face to face meetings, and 2-3 virtual meetings a year. 

Committees and Working Groups hold meetings to discuss their projects and report to the Board of Directors.
